Reseller FAQ
Do I need my own numbers or servers?+
No. Every number is supplied by telly.cat in real time and your store is hosted for you. You only run the business side.
Where does my customers' money go?+
To you. You connect your own payment accounts (crypto gateways, Stripe, PayPal, Mollie, local methods or manual payments), so customers pay you directly. When they buy a number, telly.cat charges its normal price to your telly.cat balance.
What is the 5% commission?+
A small share of the price your customer paid, taken only when they actually received their code. Cancelled, expired and refunded orders cost nothing.
What happens if my telly.cat balance runs out?+
Customers are told the service is temporarily unavailable and aren't charged, and you get a Telegram alert. Top up and sales resume instantly. If commission pushes your balance below zero, the store pauses until you top up.
Can I use my own domain?+
Yes. Add a CNAME record pointing to our store hostname and press Check. SSL is issued automatically and your domain is protected by Cloudflare.
Can I hide the telly.cat branding?+
Yes. The small "Powered by telly.cat" footer link can be turned off, and you can add your own logo, favicon, theme, texts and custom code.
Can I add other providers?+
Yes, you can connect extra suppliers you already use. Most resellers don't need to: telly.cat already has the cheapest prices, the most services and automatic refunds.
What if I stop paying?+
Auto-renew charges your balance every 30 days. If it can't, you get a 3-day grace period before the store pauses. Your data is kept, and renewing reopens it instantly.
